Tinastic Jala wine makers, from Napa, California Foundry Wines, are classical anarchist wine makers gone wild. They are a family-owned winery, specializing in custom, luxury, small lot wines. One day, the wine-making team commandeered a few barrels of wine and went rogue. They broke the established rules, abandoned convention, and became a bit wild with their wine-making process. Their wine was sensational, so they carried the magic forward, offering a fresh take on exceptional wines. Cabernet Sauvignon

Our red wine, Cabernet Sauvignon, is from a world class vineyard in Napa, California. Aged in oak wood barrels, infused with the richness of Malbec grapes, and blended with petit verdot cabernet Franc and Merlot, it boasts bold flavor and smooth tannins.

There are no added sugars, artificial sweeteners, or preservatives. Just the pure essence of grape. It is low in calories and high in antioxidants. It has anti-inflammatory benefits and is designed to be a heart-healthy option for all wine enthusiasts.

Our Cabernet Sauvignon is masterfully blended to highlight mountain structures and blend land poise all in a single bottle. It showcases complexity and balance with polished flavors and a long finish. This wine keeps its promise.

Blend: 95.65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3.375% Petit Verdot, 0.25% Cabernet Franc, 0.25% Merlot, 0.5% Malbec, and 14.2% Alcohol

Sangiovese

Sangiovese is one of our classic vintage red wines from world class vineyard Van Lolo Sel in Sonoma Valley, California. It is aged in an oak wood barrel and infused with Malbec grapes. These popular grapes are mainly grown in Argentina and contain qualities such as rich flavor and ability to produce complex, balanced wines with intense flavors of dark fruits like blackberry, plum, and black cherry.

There are no added sugars, artificial sweeteners, or preservatives. This wine is high in antioxidants and designed to provide heart health, lower bad cholesterol, and increase good cholesterol as well as reduce the risks of heart disease.

Our Sangiovese is savory and earthy with notes of red fruit, such as sour cherry, cranberry, and red plum. It has a smoky aroma and firm tannins. This wine is vibrantly complex, and it ages gracefully.

Blend: 97.5% Sangiovese, 2% Malbec, 0.5% Petit Verdot, and 13.7% Alcohol.

Chardonnay

Our white wine, Chardonnay, is made with green grapes and preserved in stainless steel containers. From the Hall Road Vineyard 2023, it offers crisp notes and refreshing acidity. Its delicate complexity will leave you wanting more.

There are no added sugars, artificial sweeteners, or preservatives. Its subtle sweetness comes from the natural sugars of the grape. This makes it a great, healthy option for a sweet wine.
